Sex, been there, done that, now what?

Sex is not a game!

You may be young, but you’re not stupid.  You’ve got the rest of your life in front of you, right?  And it’s your future–nobody else’s.  So it’s up to you to stand up and protect yourself.  You’ve got what it takes.  Use it.  Speak your mind.  And your heart.  You CAN do it!

The brain is powerful so do yourself a favor and avoid those situations that keep it from being in control.  Alcohol.  Drugs.  Exhaustion.  Emotions.  Isolation.  This is YOUR life we’re talking about!

Express yourself when it comes to saying “NO” to sex…No risk now, no regret later.

Say it your way.  Just make sure you say it!

The past is the past.  Maybe you make some mistakes.  Haven’t we all?  Let’s deal with today.  If you have already been sexually active, it’s not too late for a second chance.  Make a commitment starting today that you will not have sex again until your wedding night.  And stand by your new commitment without compromise.  It’s more than do-able.

Make it easier by telling your friends about your commitment for “secondary virginity” and ask them to encourage you in keeping it.  You need to have support in this one, so if your friends won’t get behind you, seriously consider finding some friends who will!
